Mira Vista’s charming dining room, located in the main hacienda-style building, offers a wonderful culinary and sensory experience. The three walls of picture windows overlook some of the best views at the resort, both of the surrounding mountains and frequent desert animal sightings. The presence of an on-site, full-service restaurant at such a small resort is a delicious luxury. The Desert Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner except as noted under the schedule below. Chef Gerard Convie creates seasonal daily specials in addition to a broad menu of gourmet and casual meals, complimented by full bar and wine selections.
