The Casas at Mira Vista condominium development is coming soon. You will have the opportunity to own property in an unmatched nudist location of perfect climate, incredible vistas, lush, open desert spaces, and very close proximity to the necessities of town. The Casas will be 115 luxury units in 19 buildings, spaced strategically on sixteen acres surrounding Mira Vista Resort. Each Casa is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1200 sq ft of quality construction plus 2 covered balconies/patios. The single-level units are on either the first or second floor of the intimately-sized buildings, which range from just 3 to 10 units each.

In January of 2009, we became the sole owners of Mira Vista Resort and the 3.5 acre land parcel that it occupies. Business has steadily increased, in spite of challenging times for the entire hospitality industry. The magical charm of Mira Vista never fails to impress new and returning visitors. We are personally committed to the long-term success of Mira Vista Resort and grateful to all the supporters who have helped it to quickly earn a place in the top tier of nudist destination resorts.

We very recently acquired 100% of the 26 acres surrounding Mira Vista Resort, which is where The Casas at Mira Vista will be built. The project had been put on hold while the change in ownership was being completed. We currently have approved building permits and expect to break ground on the infrastructure (roads and utilities) within sixty days.
