We have begun to build! On Monday, April 12, we had our final pre-construction meeting with the town for the first phase of construction. The first job is to bring city water and sewer to the site, which has operated until now with wells and septic. Then, roads and the entire underground infrastructure will be installed. We expect the site work to take approximately 2-3 months, with the building construction to follow immediately.

The escrow company is preparing accounts and JTL Realty is contacting presale buyers to confirm their unit choices. In addition to pre-completion prices of $224,900 and $244,900, the seventeen units in Phase One of the Casas at Mira Vista will include single car garages and ten year memberships to Mira Vista Resort. There are still units available for sale in Phase One (Building 2 on the site plan), but judging from the recent interest now that things are moving quickly, they won’t last too long.
