The Casas at Mira Vista had a great summer! Five new units were sold in the last 60 days!
Owners Larry and Sandy moved into their unit as a full time residence. Sandy studied for and passed her Arizona Real Estate license, and will shortly be representing the Casas to potential owners! We are so excited to have a full time resident owner here to assist us in the selling of the Casas! Michele will still be here sharing weekends. She and Sandy are happy to give tours or information on the condos any time!
Two of our current owners have purchased a second unit! The condos in the rental pool have been extraordinarily popular with our members and visitors and are always in demand. Our owners are delighted with their rental units this year! Imagine owning a condo and having it rented when you are not able to use it! Knowing that your property is safe and well cared for in your absence...and only rented to the nicest people in the world...nudists!
There are still great units available in our first building, some with spectacular views!
